This is a public service notice regarding the new kingdom guard towers. There is a bug in the code we are currently trying to identify that breaks the tower's ability to spawn guards if you rotate the tower.
Simply building the tower, imping it, etc. and the tower will function as intended. Keep in mind the door of the tower will face opposite the direction you are facing towards when you complete it, so you have the need to rotate it for now.
We'll post an update once the issue is resolved here and the weekly update/patch notes report.
EDIT: Testing indicated a tower that has been rotated with fix itself after a server reboot, and guards will spawn properly.
